Please note that your free domain and hosting will be purchased on your behalf from Invisional Hosting, who specialises in Domain Registration and Hosting. Once the project has been completed on our end the domain and hosting will be passed to the client and will then become the clients responsibility.

Below is a brief overview of the design process, what you can expect if you decide to hire our services. There are six stages the project will go through, starting with the creation of a project specification, rough designs, coding, testing and configuration of the domain and hosting.
After the initial client enquiry a designer will contact you to discuss the project further. The client will be asked a few more questions to allow our designers to better understand what the clients wants the site to portray and how they would like it to look. The client and designer will also discuss what information will be used on the site and any other resources that the client wishes to provide.
A project specification will be created, outlining what work Asgard Studio's will be creating. Once this has been agreed upon the client must agree to the contract, our Terms of Service and make the initial deposit payment (usually 50% of the overall cost). You will also be required to provide your name, address, telephone and email address so that we can set up your domain and hosting account.
We will begin by collecting any resources the client provides, such as text and images and will then start with rough drafts of the site structure and key elements. When the rough drafts are completed the client will be asked to confirm the design is correct and then we will create all of the remaining graphical elements required. We will then code the page(s) and incorporate all of the text, images and other elements into the design.
The client will then be given the opportunity to view a sample of the completed site before we begin basic testings to ensure the site is validated and tested before given to the client.
Once the site has been completed we will upload it to your new hosting and domain account and create any email addresses, forwarders and other domain or hosting based settings that the customer requires.
You will then be emailed an invoice for the final payment amount, once this payment has been made your project will be handed over to you along with the username and password for your hosting and domain services (remember to change your password for security).
As a bonus we will provide support for 1 week after the project completion just in case you need a little help with the hosting features provided by Invisional Hosting.
